Your special talents, knowledge and skills will strengthen and sustain our community. You can increase your confidence and social skills while making connections and networks.
Volunteering is a great way to gain experience exploring different job opportunities in a voluntary capacity in an industry you would like to work in. Volunteer work is also recognized and valuable on your resume and for future study.
Currently we have need of volunteers with any of the following skills or knowledge: ICT, Office Skills, English Conversation, Art and Crafts, Cooking, Yoga, Writing, Child Minding (during activities), Music and Dance, Gardening and Landscaping; Family Support and an interesting group named Friendship and Understanding group needs a facilitator and participants.
